April Ashley was a fantastically successful Vogue model, Cabaret Artist, trans trailblazer and activist, being the second UK resident to have gender reassignment surgery in 1960. Brave, resilient and strong, she fought to become the beautiful, desirable woman she was meant to be. Her portrait celebrates her as a regal, supremely stylish and inspirational Icon surrounded by objects of beauty and glamour.

Printed on archival cotton core 310gsm museum heritage paper with a subtle watercolour texture with light fast pigment inks. Each print is signed, titled and a numbered edition of 100 in each size. A care and handling guide is provided with each print.

All packaging has been sourced from eco-conscious suppliers using recycled and/or biodegradable materials where possible. Prints are packaged and shipped flat in reinforced cardboard envelopes via Parcelforce tracked delivery.
